KITCHEN EXHAUST
CLEANING SERVICES

Our Hood Cleaning Process

Our New Jersey hood cleaning technicians begin with a comprehensive system assessment to determine the best cleaning methods to use in order to protect the building occupants and equipment. Protective plastic sheeting is used to cover all vulnerable surfaces and all access points are re-sealed, per code. System performance is checked, and our technicians remove all the protective covers. Photo documentation is provided for all projects to document the before and after the condition of the system and ensure all areas are properly serviced. Additional cleanliness testing can be performed where required.

Inspection & Report:

We perform a comprehensive kitchen exhaust system survey and inspect for damage and code issues. A complete system status report is generated and provided to you.

Our Account Representative will deliver a proposal for services the same day. We understand that in foodservice, time is of the essence.
